About these terms
This website is operated by Strath E Commerce Ltd ("we", "us"), Registered Office: 59 Bonnygate, Cupar, Fife, KY15 4BY. Registered in Scotland. Company No: SC780726. By using this site you accept these terms.
Purpose of this website
Strath Market Hub is an information and marketing site. It presents domain names owned by Strath E Commerce Ltd and describes the markets they suit. The content on this site is not an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract is formed by submitting an enquiry or an offer through this site.
Offers, payment and transfer
Every domain listed on this site is offered for sale through Sedo. Offers, price negotiation, payment and the escrow-backed transfer of a domain are handled entirely within Sedo and are subject to Sedo's own terms and conditions. Strath E Commerce Ltd is the seller of record for the domains it owns. A domain is only sold once a transaction completes through Sedo and the name has transferred to the buyer's registrar account.
Availability
Domains are offered subject to availability. We may sell, withdraw or change the price of any domain at any time, and listings may be updated without notice. Availability shown on this site is indicative only.
Descriptions and no advice
The descriptions, market commentary and suggested uses on this site are provided for general information and are matters of opinion. They are not legal, trademark, tax or business advice, and no warranty is given that a name is free of third-party rights in any market or territory. It is your responsibility to carry out your own checks, including trademark searches, before acquiring a name.
Intellectual property
The domain names listed on this site, and the content, text and design of the site itself, are owned by Strath E Commerce Ltd or its licensors. Nothing on this site grants any licence or right to use them, other than the right to view the site for the purpose of considering a purchase.
Liability
This site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this site or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us through the contact page.
